20. A Bride in the Bargain

Finished reading Deeanne Gist's latest book, A Bride in the Bargain, and once again she has wrote an enjoyable story. She has quickly became one of my favorite authors.

In A Bride in the Bargain we meet Anna who answers an ad to go out West to become a cook but what she doesn't know is that when she gets to Seattle the man, Joe, she thinks she's going to cook for thinks he's getting a Bride. Now Joe wants a bride for one simple reason: to keep his land. Of course, since this is a love story you probably can guess who ends up falling in love. ;) But their journey there doesn't go as smoothly as they would like.

I really enjoyed this book and I highly recommend it. So I'm giving A Bride in the Bargain four out of five stars.
