Top Ten Books On My Wish List

It's Monday again...and that means that it's time to share
the Top 10 Books on My Wish list for this week. Here's how it works:

~ Look thru all of your wish lists (I'm sure you have more than one...just like me!)
~ Decide which 10 you're really wanting ~ at least for this week *grin*
~ Create a post on your blog, linking back to Some of My Favorite Things, and post your link there
~ You can list books from any genre ~ It doesn't matter if they are: already available for purchase, newly released, coming soon, etc.

~ If you have a book(s) on someones WL that you're willing to get rid of...let them know... they may be willing to swap for something on your WL...I know I would
!

Here is my list for this week:

  1. The Apothecary's Daughter by Julie Klassen
  2. The Cat, The Professor & the Poison: A Cats in Trouble Mystery by Leann Sweeney
  3. Diva NashVegas by Rachel Hauck
  4. Let Them Eat Cake by Sandra Byrd

  1. Nice list! I have Let Them Eat Cake but I haven't read it since I don't have the first two books. The LFY books sound great. The Swiss Courier was a good read! I hope you can get all these soon!

  4. Interesting list. I've only read #1 - and I liked it. What does LFY mean? Is it an abbreviation? I keep thinking I should make a list... you all might succeed in making me organized one of these days. lol

  5. Y'all are so funny!! I missed you girls today! *Warning* ~ this is probably going to be a loooong post for me, I thought of lots to say while reading the post & comments! (Angie, if you'd rather delete it, I won't be offended!) Here goes...

I have #'s 1 & 6 (TBR mountain); in my opinion, #'s 3 & 4 were not good at all (you may love them though!); I can't wait to read LFY in North Pole, Alaska *shriek*; Without a Trace is an EXCELLENT book (the whole series in fact!); and lastly...Surrender the Wind sounds interesting! OH...please don't stop reading our blogs...we'll really miss you!!

Renee ~ you are crazy! I was like, nuh-uh, that's the first book. LOL

Lee ~ come on girl, we'd love to see your list! *wink* LFY = Love Finds You...which takes entirely too long to type! hee hee

Okay, Angie...am I banned from ever commenting again?? I hope not! Please let me come back...

    Love ya!

  6. Lee~I'm with Lori we would love to see your list...I'm probably missing a good book on my wish list that you know about. :D

Lori~Your too funny. Your always welcome here long or short comment. :) And don't worry I'm going to keep reading y'alls blog and keep adding books to my wish list...my husband just doesn't understand that you can never have too many books. :D

  7. First of all - nobody will probably read this because it's old - but I swear... I don't have a list (Unless you count the half full cart at Amazon - the whole suggestion list they make for you... the e-mails I get and all the books you all are constantly telling me are good) --- because that is what I buy. lol

I'm also with Angie on this never enough books idea. Erasmus had a quote I'd like to butcher -- something along the lines of "If I have a little money, I buy books and with whatever is leftover I buy food and clothes." Good man - he had his priorities straight. :o)

  8. Awww, Angie, you're so sweet! Thanks for letting me hang around. *grin*

Lee ~ I had to come back to see what was on your list, but it's not here??? Hello?? Could you please share?? LOL

I agree 100% on the "never enough books", and Lee's quote. Bring on the recommendations girls!!

I'll be back soon to check for Lee's mysteriously missing list...
